Updated Resort Investment Opportunities

On 17 January 2022 and previously on 31 October 2021, the Ministry of Tourism (MoT) announced investment opportunities for foreign and local investors interested in developing and operating a tourist resort in the Maldives. This announcement was published with an updated Invitation for Bids (IFB) including a list of 19 available properties. Bids for these properties are welcomed between 31st October 2021 up till 24th February 2022.
